Richard R. Edwards, MD, FACC
Dr. Edwards completed his cardiology fellowship at Wake Forest - Bowman Gray School of Medicine in 1990, with special training in interventional cardiology. He received his undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University in 1981, and his Medical Degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 1984, and completed his internal medicine residency at Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine in 1987. He has been practicing cardiology since 1990. Dr. Edwards' current practice includes general non-invasive, invasive, and interventional cardiology. He is Board Certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, and interventional cardiology.
